Tasting notes:
Having a bright, pale yellow straw color, of a medium intensity aroma and yet at the same time delicate which suggests an aromatic fruity palette such as apples with dry grass (hay) nuances. Taste wise, the slightly sour sensation of freshness, enhances the fruitiness on the finish, where finally, the sensations slowly dissolve, inviting a second sip.
Commentary:
Cubo Viura or Macabeu is the essential white wine of the winery.Prototype of the traditional white wine of Candelaria.
