Tasting notes:
Red purple color, high intensity high layer, covered wine. Aromas of small red berries such as raspberry, sour caramel and flowers (violet). Medium bodied, well balanced although slightly warm, subtle and medium-structured taste.
Commentary:
Grapes from 15 year old vineyards, from moderate clay content soil, halfway sandy, with a considerable amount of gravel. Mechanical harvesting and traditional production.
