Vinification:
Fermentation at 72 degrees F with its pumping over until the depletion in its entirety of the sugars. Following devatting, a malolactic fermentation is carried out and is decanted into to American oak barrels for an aging of 4 months.

Tasting notes:
A wine between garnet red and cherry red color, good intensity. Aromas of small ripe black berries, spices, forest litter and coffee. Possessing an attack and silky finish, and a slightly bitter finish on the palate. An increased roasted coffee nuance aftertaste is discerned.
