Vinification:
Cubo Bobal rosé is macerated but not more than two hours and the draining must is extracted, without pressing. It is then racked and fermented at a temperature of 64 degrees F.

Tasting notes:
Traditional style rosé. Possessing a striking color, very bright pink to pale blackcurrant. Raspberry, red fruit and sour caramel aroma with certain nuances of Mediterranean forest aromatic herbs. Balanced and fresh on the palate, is balanced, fresh, where the raspberry aromas appear once again. Very pleasant slight acidity which cleanses the palate and invites a new tasting.
